Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-23
1. Acceptance
By using erie.pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Who we are
erie.pro is operated by erie.pro (Erie County operations), a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
3. What we are (and aren't)
We are a routing and vetting service for home-services providers in Erie, Pennsylvania and surrounding counties. We are not a contractor. We don't perform service work. We don't warrant or guarantee provider workmanship. Licensed-trade work is performed by independent Erie providers who carry their own license, insurance, and legal responsibility.
4. Free service
Customer routing and vetting are free to customers. Providers pay us to receive routed leads.
5. Concierge+ subscription
Concierge+ is an optional subscription delivering AI-generated insights, on-demand vetting reports, and priority routing. Pricing shown on Concierge+. Cancel anytime from your member dashboard when billing is enabled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent your service need, harass our agents or providers, attempt to bypass routing, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. AI processing
You acknowledge that AI agents process your intake and communications. AI agents have defined boundaries (see How it works) and escalate matters requiring human judgment to the Manager.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant provider workmanship or service outcomes. Cost estimates and AI-generated insights are informational, not contractual.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, erie.pro (Erie County operations)'s liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (for Concierge+ subscribers) or $0 (for free-tier users). We are not liable for the workmanship, conduct, or outcomes of independent providers.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes are first addressed by our complaint triage process (Our promise). Unresolved disputes may proceed to non-binding mediation in Erie County, PA, then binding arbitration in Erie County, PA, governed by Pennsylvania law — subject to counsel review of this section.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to active customers and subscribers.
