1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, contact details, service address, description of your service need, communications with our agents and the Manager, payment method (for Concierge+ subscribers).
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps. Standard server log information.
- Information from third parties: publicly available license records, BBB/Yelp/Google review data, when we vet providers.
3. How we use it
- Route your request to a vetted Erie provider
- Communicate with you about your request (status, follow-up, complaint mediation)
- Generate AI-delivered insights for Concierge+ members
- Improve our service routing, vetting accuracy, and content quality
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI processing
Your intake request is processed by AI agents (Anthropic Claude models via API). We do not train Anthropic's models on your personal data. Anthropic privacy policy. See also How it works.
5. Who we share with
- The matched provider receives your name, contact info, service address, and description of need — only after you've requested service.
- Service providers we use: Anthropic (AI), Stripe (billing for Concierge+), email delivery providers, CRM tools.
- Legal requirements: if compelled by valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion (subject to legitimate-interest and legal-retention exceptions)
- Opt out of marketing communications

7. Retention
We retain intake records for 7 years to support warranty/dispute resolution; subscription records per Stripe/billing retention; communications for 3 years.
8. Children
This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We'll update this policy as needed. Material changes will be notified to active customers and subscribers by email.
