Every request reaches a real outcome. Here's what that means and what we'll do if it doesn't.
What we promise
- One provider per request. We never sell your information to five companies. Single match, single follow-up.
- Vetted before listed. Every provider on the platform passed license, insurance, and complaint-history vetting reviewed by the Manager.
- Acknowledgment within 30 seconds. We confirm receipt and tell you what happens next.
- Provider response SLAs. Emergency under 60 minutes. Same-day under 4 hours. This-week within 24 hours.
- Manager escalation when needed. If no vetted provider is available, the Manager handles your request personally. Number: (814) 200-0328.
- Complaint mediation within 24 hours. If something goes wrong, we acknowledge within 24 hours; the Manager handles refund-eligible matters within 14 days.
What we don't promise
- We don't guarantee provider workmanship. The provider carries their own license, insurance, and legal responsibility for the work performed.
- We don't quote prices in advance. The provider quotes the actual job after seeing the actual issue.
- We don't promise a specific provider. We promise a vetted provider — the best fit for your request in your zip.
If something goes wrong
Call the concierge line at (814) 200-0328 or email hello@erie.pro. We acknowledge within 24 hours and propose a resolution path. Matters involving refunds, claims over $200, property damage, or safety judgment escalate to the Manager.
