- We match one provider. erie.pro routes your request to a single vetted pro in your area — never a blast to multiple companies.
- The provider quotes and performs the work. They carry the license and insurance for the trade. You pay them directly for the job.
- We follow up. Confirmation, match notification, and check-ins so nothing falls through the cracks.
What erie.pro does
- Vets providers against license records, insurance, complaint history, and reviews before listing
- Matches you to one provider per request
- Tracks status and follows up after the job
- Escalates complaints, safety issues, and service problems to the Manager
- Publishes local pricing guides and service information for Erie County
What erie.pro does not do
- Perform licensed trade work (providers do)
- Quote your specific job sight-unseen (the provider quotes after seeing the issue)
- Guarantee workmanship (the provider carries that responsibility)
- Charge homeowners for matching (providers pay erie.pro for leads)
